Sai Cafe
2010 N Sheffield Ave
Chicago, IL
(773) 472-8080
|
Sai Cafe is a good restaurant in Chicago's Lincoln Park area. Parking can be tight, so use the valet unless you plan on circling the block for a while. The sushi at the restaurant is inconsistent. It can be "just ok" or it can be amazing. In particular, their eel and their white tuna are occasionally out-of-this-world. Definitely try the dragon roll. |

One of the great delis in Chicago. They make fabulous triple-decker sandwiches and an award winning shake. |

Mon Ami Gabi

Chicago, IL

Mon Ami Gabi is a great french bistro along the lakefront in Lincoln Park. If the weather is nice, it is a great place to sit outside on the patio overlooking the park. Do try one of their steak frites. They are scrumptious. |

Bandera's Restaurant
535 N Michigan Avenue
Chicago, IL
(312) 644-3524
|
Bandera's is my favorite restaurant in Chicago. I could (and did) go there 2-3 times a week without any complaints. Everything they make is fabulous. If they don't have it on the menu, still ask for the cheesburger. It is made from the shavings of their steaks and has a great "special sauce". It is the best burger I have had. |

Brasserie T is an amazing restaurant run by a husband-wife team. He (Rick Tramonto) is a very good chef and she (Gale Gand) is a fabulous pastry chef. |
