Almond Cookies
Makes ~25-30 cookies

Almonds ground to a powder |
| 4 |
Egg whites |
| 2 1/4 cups |
Powdered sugar |
| 1 tsp. |
Baking powder |
Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Whip up egg whites to peaks.

Fold in powdered sugar and baking powder.

Fold in almonds.

Line a heavy cooking pan with parchment paper.

Put a tablespoon of the batter on the pan for each cookie. (6-8 cookies per sheet)

Cook for 10-12 minutes. Replace the parchment paper every so often.
