Charoset

Ingredients
1 large  delicious apple peeled, cored, and chopped 
1 large  smith apple peeled, cored, and chopped 
1 cup  walnuts coarsely chopped (2 different textures) 
1/4 cup  sweet red wine 
2  dates 

Directions

Combine all and mix well.
